After doing some more research on Digipaks we chose some common features seen on Digipaks by both pop artists and other genres and asked our target audience what they wanted to see.
Here are the results we got:
We put Record Company, Contributors Barcode and Disc Area as must haves as they are either essential to include or a legal requirement.
100% of the people we asked said that they would want to see:
Artist Pictures
Websites/Social Media
Track List
Artist Name
Album Name
Lyrics
70% said they wanted to see:
Reviews
These 7 factors are what we will be including on our Digipak.
Our next step is to draw up the template.
